Although we can help with your regular dental hygiene check up and cleans, it is vitally important that the correct techniques and methods are taught.
Brushing 2 x daily and flossing regularly is the key to a beautiful and healthy smile.
Be sure to look for the following:
- A small toothbrush head
- Soft tooth brush only
- Waxed floss or dental tape
- Tongue scraper
- Mouthwash is not mandatory however a nice adjunct to cleaning daily.
Daily cleaning will help keep your gums healthy, a diet low in sugar and acids will help keep decay to a minimum.
